Each sale through an affiliate’s referral code credits their commission to their store balance, which they spend in your store. If the order is refunded, the commission is taken back.
Yes, on Premium. Turn it on in Email settings. Each buyer gets at most one reminder a week, none if they paid since or unsubscribed, and the dashboard shows how many came back to buy.
Buyers who opted in at checkout and contacts you imported with permission. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribed or bounced addresses are skipped.
