Acceptable Use Policy
Effective October 30, 2026
Sell only what you’re allowed to sell, describe it honestly, deliver it, and treat buyers fairly. We act on reports and explain our decisions.
1. Scope
This policy applies to everyone who uses the Service, and to everything sold, uploaded, linked or sent through it, including products, listings, files, themes, custom code, emails and Discord messages. It is part of the Terms of Service. Sellers are responsible for their team members, products and buyers’ experience in their stores.
2. Prohibited products
You may not sell, offer or deliver:
- anything that is illegal where you sell it or where your buyers are;
- malware, ransomware, spyware, remote-access tools used without consent, botnets or exploit kits;
- stolen, leaked or hacked accounts, data, databases, credentials or payment cards;
- tools or services for fraud, phishing, carding, account takeover or bypassing payment systems;
- denial-of-service, “booter” or “stresser” services;
- counterfeit goods, or products that infringe someone’s copyright, trademark or other rights;
- software licenses, keys or subscriptions obtained fraudulently or resold against the law;
- doxxing, personal data of other people, or services to find or expose it;
- child sexual abuse material, or any sexual content involving minors. We report it to the authorities;
- sexually explicit content, unless the seller has our written approval and complies with all age-verification laws;
- weapons, drugs, controlled substances, or instructions for making them;
- content that promotes terrorism, violent extremism or violence against people;
- gambling, lotteries or games of chance without the licenses required where they are offered;
- financial products, investments, money transmission, currency exchange or “get rich” schemes, including pyramid and Ponzi schemes;
- fake reviews, followers, engagement or documents, including identity documents;
- anything subject to sanctions or export controls without the required authorization.
Some products are legal but can break third parties’ terms, such as game accounts, in-game items, modifications and cheats. If you sell them, you are responsible for any consequences with those third parties, and you must describe the risks to buyers honestly. We may still remove such products where they cause harm to others or legal risk to us.
3. Prohibited conduct
You may not:
- mislead buyers about a product, its price, its availability or who you are;
- fail to deliver what you sold, or refuse refunds the law requires;
- send spam or unsolicited messages, or use buyer data for anything other than the purchase it was given for;
- harass, threaten or discriminate against anyone;
- impersonate another person, brand or store, or create stores to evade a suspension;
- process payments for other businesses through your store, or launder money;
- probe, scan or test the Service’s security without following our Security Policy, or access data that isn’t yours;
- interfere with the Service, overload it, scrape it, or get around rate limits, plan limits or technical restrictions;
- use the AI builder or custom code to create phishing pages, malware or deceptive interfaces;
- use the Service in breach of the rules of the payment providers you connect.
4. Enforcement
We review reports and may also find problems ourselves. Depending on how serious the issue is, we may:
- ask you to fix the problem;
- remove a product or content;
- restrict features, payments or withdrawals;
- suspend a store or account;
- terminate an account and refuse future accounts;
- report illegal activity to payment providers or the authorities.
When we restrict content or an account, we tell the seller why, with the facts and the rule involved, unless the law prevents us or the content is clearly illegal and telling the seller would put others at risk. Decisions are made by a person, not automatically. You can appeal by replying to our notice, and someone who wasn’t involved in the original decision will review it.
5. Reporting a violation
Use the report form or email [email protected]. Include the store or product link and what you saw. We review every report and tell you what we decided.
Copyright owners should use the copyright form under our Copyright and DMCA Policy. Security issues go to [email protected].
